Online Coaching

1 Month Online Custom Fitness Programme - £50

This is a one off, 1 month fitness programme tailored to your individual goals. You can do the workouts in the gym or at home, I consider your schedule and availability, any injuries or health issues and of course your goals. This is perfect if you want to take that step in progressing your fitness routine but don’t know where to start, or if you already workout but would prefer some direction to follow. You will have access to my app where you can view and log your workouts for the month and log nutrition if you wish.

 

3 Month Online Custom Fitness Programme - £130

This is a one off, 3 month fitness programme tailored to your individual goals. You can do the workouts in the gym or at home, I consider your schedule and availability, any injuries or health issues and of course your goals. Suited for those who wish to commit themselves for longer, and are looking to make long lasting health and fitness changes with a 3 month plan in place. Also saving you £20 by purchasing in a block! You will have access to my app where you can view and log your workouts for 3 months and log nutrition if you wish.

Online Client Membership (Beginner Package) - £60 per month

You will receive ongoing fitness programmes updated monthly specific to your goals, including 2-4 workouts per week which can be carried out in the gym, at home or outside to suit your needs. You will have weekly check-ins, specific goal setting, video tutorials for every exercise, nutritional advice and guidance on healthy eating, calories and macros calculated to your needs if required and access to my app allowing you to log your workouts, nutrition and keep track of your progress. All online clients will receive a free initial consultation and fitness assessment via Zoom prior to programming. 

Online Client Membership (Advanced Package) - £100 per month

You will receive ongoing fitness programmes updated monthly specific to your goals, including 4-6 workouts per week which can be carried out in the gym, at home or outside to suit your needs. You will have weekly check-ins, specific goal setting, video tutorials for every exercise, nutritional advice and guidance on healthy eating, calories and macros calculated to your needs if required and access to my app allowing you to log all workouts, nutrition and progress. You will also receive one 121 zoom session per month plus full access to that month's pre recorded online workouts. All online clients will receive a free initial consultation and fitness assessment via Zoom prior to programming. 


Face to Face Personal Training

121 Personal Training Sessions in Phase One gym -

£30 per hour / Block of 10 sessions £280

Face to face PT sessions are perfect for you if you wish to make a long term commitment to your health and fitness and would love the support, motivation and guidance from a professional every step of the way. 

Included is an initial consultation, fitness testing, bespoke workouts tailored to your goals, technique and form correction and nutritional advice and guidance if required. I will make each session safe, challenging but most importantly enjoyable!

£10 off your first session. This session consists of a review of your consultation forms and your initial fitness assessments, prior to programming.

121 Rings Sessions Outdoors -

£25 per hour / Block of 10 sessions £200

One of my favourite ways to train is using the gymnastics rings and these can be taught no matter your level of fitness or experience! I can teach full body workouts using the rings and can help you master specific movements. This style of training utilises your own bodyweight so it is great for building overall strength, agility, stability, functionality and mobility and is a more unique and fun way to train! Explore your physical potential with movement, strength and play!

Face to face PT sessions outdoors with the gymnastics rings include an initial consultation, fitness testing, bespoke workouts tailored to your goals and nutritional advice if required. 

£10 off your first session. This session consists of your initial fitness testing prior to the workout. 

 

Small Group Sessions 

Available for 3-6 people, £10 each per session 

Minimum of 3 people required for sessions to run

Small group sessions are more intimate than larger exercise classes, allowing me to focus my attention on each individual and provide technique and form correction, progressions or regressions, support and motivation. They can provide a more fun way to train as you are working out alongside a few likeminded individuals with similar goals. It is also a more affordable way to train closely with a professional with the added social aspect! 

Currently on offer I am running these small group training sessions:

  • Glute and Core Killer - This is just what is says on the tin! We will be incorporating glutes, legs and core exercises in these strength sessions using a range of equipment. Get ready for that burrrn! Think deadlift, lunge and squat variations alongside glute isolation exercises and of course those killer core exercises. If you want to strengthen and tighten these areas this is the class for you!
  • Calisthenics Conditioning  - We will be practising calisthenics and suspension training outdoors, utilising your own bodyweight along with gravity as resistance, using the gymnastics rings to increase your full body strength and mobility. Think pull up practice, dips and even getting upside down! It's a fun way to train whilst being seriously effective in improving your overall strength, functionality and stability! Beginner level welcome as we can start with the basic foundations.

 

Monthly 121 Packages -

1 month £300 / 3 months £850

In my monthly 121 personal training packages you will receive:

  • 2 face to face PT sessions per week; this can be either in the gym or outside with gymnastics rings
  • A bespoke fitness programme tailored to your goals including workouts for you to complete in the gym or at home to suit your needs
  • You will have weekly check-ins to keep you motivated, on track and accountable 
  • Access to my pre recorded online workouts updated monthly via my app 
  • Calories and macros can be calculated to your needs alongside nutritional advice and guidance
  • Access to one fitness class per month 

My monthly packages take out all the hard work for you, with every workout created and ready for you to follow. All you need to do is turn up! 

 


Exercise Classes 

Sunday’s 1:15-2:00pm at Phase One Gym - Free to members/£8 non members 

  • Circuits - A high energy circuits class with the use of weights, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. This class consists of a combination of lower, upper, core and cardio exercises to give you a fantastic full body workout leaving you feeling pumped up and empowered! Perfect for building stamina, strength and endurance. Everybody welcome as all exercises can be modified to suit different fitness levels.

Monday's 11:15am-12:00pm at Phase One Gym - Free to members/£8 non members 

  • Functional Fitness - This class is designed to help you train and prepare your body for daily tasks by simulating common movements and muscles you use at home, work or during sports. Combining lower, upper and core exercises with the use of weights and bodyweight. Perfect for overall strength, coordination, balance and mobility.
